A full-time attachment programme for individuals aged 40+ seeking career transition through industry mentorship for 6 months.
Funding Support:

Career Conversion Programme (CCP)
Helps mid-career individuals reskill into new job roles across 30+ sectors.
Funding Support:

Salary support up to 90% (for age 40+)

Up to 70% for those aged 21–39

Duration and amount vary by mode and sector
3 Modes of Participation:

Place-and-Train: Hired before training

Attach-and-Train: Training precedes hiring

Job Redesign Reskilling: For existing employees transitioning into new roles


Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG)
Supports SMEs in adopting pre-approved IT solutions, equipment, and consultancy services to improve productivity.
Funding Support:

Up to 50% of eligible costs

Capped at S$30,000 per company per financial year
Enterprise Development Grant (EDG)
​Helps local businesses grow and transform by supporting projects that improve their business capabilities, innovation, and international expansion.

Supports projects that help businesses upgrade, innovate, or expand overseas.

Covers costs like consultancy, software, equipment, and internal manpower.

SMEs can receive up to 50% support (up to 70% for sustainability projects until Mar 2026).
